Pima Second Bathroom

I put in a Wilson Art solid surface counter top.  The base cabinet
was solid and did not need to be replaced.  Just the countertop, sink,
 and faucet needed an update.

You can see the 1980's style tiled countertop that was literally
chipping away.  The brass faucet had to go and the sink had
definetly been used.

This bathroom also needed to have the walls textured and painted.

This bathroom had wallpaper directly onto the sheetrock.
That doesnt work so well for painting and chanigng the look
of the bathroom.

Yuma Kitchen

The finished trim and appliances were not done when this picture was taken,
but this gives you an idea of how great these cabinets and counter tops are.
You can also see the faux suede walls around the fireplace.
We also put in the 18x18 tile.
We repainted the entire kitchen as well.  If you look to the right of the picture
you can see the living room.  It was done in venetian plaster and custom colored
trim work (crown molding, chair rail, and base boards).  We changed the layout
of the kitchen appliances to give more room for counterspace.  The laundry
area is in the far left corner, but we added a broom closet cabinet to help
define that space.  By closing in the peekaboo space we were able to get 4
more cabinets in. Awesome storage in this kitchen.
We used Kitchen Kompact cabinets and Solid Surface countertops.
This was the Yuma kitchen before we bought the house.  There was the peel
and stick tile squares.  4 layers of wallpaper in the recessed ceiling area.
Mismatched cabinets and really old countertops. There was also
a door that lead to the 3/4 master bath.  We closed that wall in and put
a full true master bath in there.
